ROYAL RED, or as we often refer to it, as our NV BLEND.  This NV (non-vintage) blend has Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Syrah.  The percentages are not known – don’t ask – just taste and see what a great job of blending Mike McCurdy did.  Fermented and aged in French Oak for 30 months, the Royal Red has silky tannins with a soft touch of oak, giving it a nice lingering finish.  Flavors of raspberries and sweet black cherries.  Very drinkable – great on its own or with food.  Alcohol level is 15.1%.
