Royal Oaks 100% Cabernet Franc has rich dry flavors and well
balanced tannins to make it a nice compliment to a piece of prime rib,
blackened fish, grilled lamb chops or hearty pasta.
This wine has wonderful flavors of blackberries, currants, cedar, oak,
sweet tobacco and a touch of chocolate. A nice substitute for Cabernet
Sauvignon. Alcohol level is 15.2%.
Pair this wine with a filet mignon or roasted duck. Drink this
wine within 3-5 years.
Composition:
100% Cabernet Franc, 50% from the Great Oaks and
50% from the Westerly Vineyards.
Cooperage: Aged 24 months in French
