Our 1st Estate grown wine to be released!!

This wine has the nose of a  “flower garden in spring.”  Roses and freshly mowed alfalfa hay.  Aromas of stone fruit such as apricots and nectarines are also present.  On the palate, the experience is assertive and complex, with a rich, fat mouth feel, and a lingering tropical finish.  A very sexy wine, full of floral and fruit. 

Enjoy this wine as an aperitif before a meal. Pair it with roasted turkey on the holiday, or enjoy it with shrimp scampi.  Drink this wine within 3-5 years.

Composition:  100% Sauvignon Blanc                                  
                        Vineyards at Royal Oaks 
Cooperage:     Aged 10 Months sur lees in French oak.
