Fairly full bodied, soft, subtle & rich with characteristics of fig, lemon, quince & a light honey finish.  Lighter than a Chardonnay, but heavier than a Sauvingnon Blanc, this wine will pair perfectly with so many of the those hard to pair with foods: shellfish, creamy soups, salads, asparagus & pate.
