Our members wanted a wine to enjoy after dinner over dessert with friends and family. We left some of our estate vineyard’s highly aromatic “Musqué” clone of Sauvignon Blanc hang a little while longer in order to produce this sweet and crisp wine.

Tasting Notes
The color is a medium straw with aromas of melon, fresh pear, with bright floral and guava notes. The palate is sweet with crisp acidity, lush flavors of ripe cantaloupe and Asian pear.
Vineyard Notes
This wine is made from our estate vineyard’s highly aromatic “Musqué” clone of Sauvignon Blanc. After picking part of this block for our “Noir Collection” Sauvignon Blanc, we allowed the remaining rows of these grapes to continue to ripen for an additional five weeks. During this extra five weeks of ripening, these “Late Harvest” grapes developed very rich and concentrated flavors.
