The grapes were picked in the cool mornings, pressed and fermented at cool temperatures to preserve their fresh fruit flavors. The wine was aged for 9 months in stainless steel tank, has a pale straw color, aromas of peach and pineapple, and a rich palate with balanced crispness and a long fruit finish.
